Each of the eighteen villas is individually designed, shaped to the estate's sloping terrain, with plot sizes ranging from just over eleven hundred to more than ten thousand square meters. Built areas vary between roughly five hundred and seven hundred ten square meters, complemented by terraces between thirty eight and one hundred forty nine square meters, and three to five en suite bedrooms per villa. Of the eighteen villas, fourteen have already been sold; the remaining four are being delivered in phases, with the next villas scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.

Sustainability runs through the entire project: Vista Lago Residences targets BREEAM Excellent certification with an A energy rating, supported by solar panels, recycled irrigation water and endemic Mediterranean planting, making it one of the first BREEAM certified developments on the Costa del Sol.

Within the estate, residents enjoy an extensive package of shared facilities: an executive golf course designed by Manuel Piñero, a wellness center with a twenty five meter heated pool, aquagym, spa, sauna and massage rooms, professional tennis and padel courts, a kids' club, its own equestrian center and walking and cycling paths around the lake.
