Architecture as art

On arrival, a Corten steel sculpture rising from the top of the house immediately catches the eye. It is a detail that signals this is no ordinary home, but a house with the presence of a private gallery. Inside, warm and natural materials are combined, with plenty of wood and marble, high ceilings and large windows. Sunlight reaches deep into the house and the open spaces flow smoothly into the outdoors. Inside and outside become one, with the garden as an extension of the living room.

Kitchen and bedrooms

The Italian kitchen is finished in wood and marble and connects to the open living spaces. The villa has seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. That makes the home especially well suited to a large family, to regular visits from relatives, or to guests who value their own space. Everyone has a place of their own, while the shared rooms are large enough to bring people together.

Room for leisure

For relaxation, the villa has its own cinema room and a games room, so a film night or an afternoon with friends and family is always close at hand. There is a storage room for everything you prefer to keep out of sight, and there are three parking spaces. Outdoor living on a generous plot

The 1,910 m² plot gives the villa plenty of privacy and space. There is a garden with a swimming pool, and the terraces together cover 391 m². That is ample for breakfast in the morning sun, lunch in the shade and dinner at sunset. The design frames the views towards the sea, with the sun rising on the east side and setting on the west. The Mediterranean Sea and the mild climate of the Costa del Sol make outdoor living possible for a large part of the year.

Location in Reserva del Higuerón

The Palm 11 sits in the central part of Reserva del Higuerón, about a five-minute walk from the DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa. The Palm Collection lies on a street devoted entirely to villas, surrounded by the gardens of El Palmeral, a green area of more than 30,000 m². The resort offers, among other things, a sports club with padel and tennis courts, a spa and a private beach club. Carvajal beach is about five minutes away by car, and the centres of Benalmádena and Fuengirola and Málaga airport are easy to reach.
