Set within an environment of extraordinary natural value, in the heart of the Sierra de las Nieves, this represents a unique investment opportunity: the development of a sustainable glamping resort on a plot of approximately 19,000 m2, located in the municipality of Tolox, Málaga.

The property lies within a highly protected natural enclave, officially declared a National Park in 2021, renowned for its biodiversity, mountainous landscapes and unique ecosystems, including the rare and endemic Spanish fir forests. This protected environment, with growing international recognition, is emerging as one of the most promising nature-based tourism destinations in southern Europe.

The project, “Glamping Tolox – The Natural Retreat,” has been conceived as a fully integrated development where architecture, nature and experience come together to create a contemporary and sustainable tourism model. The design proposes a low-density layout, with accommodation units distributed organically to create both private and open spaces that enhance the connection with the surrounding landscape.

From an urban planning and administrative standpoint, the project is at an advanced stage, offering exceptional security and readiness for development, including:

– Approved building license for a 4-star glamping tourism development

– Official tourism classification granted by the Andalusian Regional Government

– Favorable technical report for the tourism project

– Complete architectural project including detailed plans and site organization

The development includes a fully fixed accommodation model, comprising 37 bungalow-style units with an estimated capacity of 164 guests. The units vary in size and configuration, designed to accommodate different target segments, from couples to families.

In addition to the accommodation, the project incorporates a range of shared and experiential spaces: swimming pools, relaxation areas, activity zones, workshop spaces, organic gardens and wellness-focused environments. The concept goes beyond traditional hospitality, aiming to deliver a holistic experience centered on nature, tranquility and authenticity.
