The house is distributed as follows: From the road you go down rustic style steps to the house, you enter the house into a hall way which leads you to the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a lovely soaker tub with extra storage along with a fitted wardobe. This bedroom is of a good size and looks out over the valley and there is a new air conditioning unit.

Back into the hallway you go down steps to the main level and come to the living and dining area. To the left you have the fitted kitchen with gas hob and american fridge/freezer and to the right the cosy living room, with it's own fireplace where you can imagine spending your winter evenings. From here you have the 3rd bedroom which is currently being used as a painting workshop by the owner. The second bedroom is as well at this floor, currently used as an office and there is a full shower room.

Going outside via patio doors from the kitchen you enter the large terrace which covers the full width of the house, which is more then 10 meters long. Half of it is covered and makes a great second living and dining area. It is possible to cover this (partially) in with glass curtains. The other half of the terrace is open and shows the views. Total terrace will be about 45m2.

From the terrace you go down a few steps to the garden, which is partially low maintenance and partially fruit trees. At the end of the garden is the pool area. The pool is a good size and next to is it is a building which can be used as a sauna, kitchen area, dressing room etc. The pool area is private and has a very good atmosphere to it.
